Wegmans to Host Ray Bentley for multiple Book Signings
Ray Bentley, former Buffalo Bills Linebacker and fan favorite from 1986 to 1991 will be signing his novel, Driftwood, at multiple Wegmans stores in the Western New York on Tuesday, September 13, and Wednesday, September 14. The full schedule is below. Original copies of Darby’s Christmas Adventure will also be available for purchase.

About the Book:
Jack Driftwood is playing his best football in leading the Buffalo Blizzard toward the playoffs but always seems to find himself in some kind of trouble off the field. The Blizzard’s GM Donald Fegel is looking for a reason to send Jack packing but it won’t be easy. Driftwood has the favor of the Owner, Gerald Wainscott III and his daughter, Gerry. Driftwood battles both on and off the field in the high stakes world of professional football.
About the Author:
Ray Bentley is currently in his 10th fulltime season as an ESPN college football analyst. Bentley played 10 years of professional football including six with the Buffalo Bills from 1986-1991. He is the former head coach and general manager for the Arena Football League’s Buffalo Destroyers from 2000 through 2002 where his team’s made the playoffs twice, in ’00 and ’02. At Central Michigan University he played on back to back MAC Championship teams in 1979 and 1980. Ray majored in English Literature and later went on to publish seven children’s books. He now resides in New Hampshire with his wife, Jodi where he is working on his football memoirs. Come out and say hi at the following events.
