Ray Bentley to appear on the season-opening Fox Motors Pigskin Party.

Former NFL player and current author and ESPN TV announcer Ray Bentley will make an appearance on the season-opening Fox Motors Pigskin Party radio show on ESPN 96.1 this Monday night, August 24 between 6-7:00 PM.

Bentley, a West Michigan native, will be back in town next week to promote the release of his novel "Driftwood" which is the story of an aging NFL veteran and his final shot at glory. Bentley will have two book signings next Tuesday (8/25) for "Driftwood"; at All4Sports in Rivertown Crossings Mall from noon-2 PM and at Schuler's Books & Music on 28th Street from 7-9 PM.

Bentley will appear at Fox Buick GMC (Alpine & Seven Mile Road) with Pigskin Party program host Rick Berkey to discuss the book and also share his recollections of his high school football days. The Comstock Park Panthers with Coach Mark Chapman will join Bentley as Berkey's weekly guests on the program at the dealership that evening.
