A benefit for The Boy’s and Girl’s Clubs of Grand Rapids

(Grand Rapids) BCF Wealth Strategies wealth advisor, Kevin Fifield, is inviting you to join former NFL Linebacker Ray Bentley to kick off the 2015 football season with a bang! Bentley will be at Woody’s Press Box from 6-10pm on Thursday, September 3, 2015 signing copies of his newly released football novel, Driftwood, and talking football while watching the Detroit Lions host the Buffalo Bills in their NFL preseason finale and the Michigan Wolverines kick off the Harbaugh era on Woody’s multiple big screen TVs.

The event begins at 6pm with Bentley signing books and the opening of a silent auction of an impressive collection of sports memorabilia. The fundraiser auction is being hosted by Jeff Gebben, owner of the All4Sports store in Rivertown Mall. A portion of the proceeds from the auction and book sales that night will be donated to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Grand Rapids.

“This is going to be a fun night of football and we can raise money and awareness for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Grand Rapids,” Bentley said.

Bentley’s Books will be available on site at Woody’s as Bentley will be signing hardcover copies of his exciting, newly-released novel, “Driftwood.” His children’s books; Darby’s Christmas Adventure, Nobody Said Happy Birthday, The Great Gator Princess, No More Hiccups will also be available at Woody’s.

The event is sponsored by BCF Wealth Strategies. For the past two years BCFWS has sponsored a fundraiser for The Boys & Girls Clubs of Grand Rapids on Opening Day of the Detroit Tigers baseball season at Woody’s and has expanded the series to include football.
